If you are interested in doing a residency, the Pauline A. Young residency is now open for applications. I got to attend a regional residency meeting at UD last month and am quite sure that this residency would be a wonderful opportunity for a motivated recent library school grad. They have 25 years of success with their program and constantly reassess it to ensure UD and the resident are getting the most from the experience. They have evolved the residency to now include a multimedia focus. While the resident rotates through different departments in the library, they will utilize multimedia tools in order to enhance the library through various projects. It sounds very cool. APPLY!
Don't worry, you won't have to wear a uniform at UD, but you MAY have to work on three monitors at once.
